General Donations If you wish to make a donation to the Sisko Foundation, please fill out the online form with the following information: your name, address, and credit card information. Honor Donations
If you wish to make a gift honoring someone, the Sisko Foundation will send a card to the honoree acknowledging your thoughtful donation. If you wish, you may add a personalized message to the card. You will also receive a card to confirm that your donation has been received and that a gift card has been sent. You'll be asked for the information after you submit your donation.

Memorial Donations
If you want to make a donation in memory of a deceased family member or friend, the Sisko Foundation will send a card to that person's family acknowledging your thoughtful donation. You may add a personalized message to the card. You will receive a card confirming your donation has been received and that a gift card has been sent. You'll be asked for the information after you submit your donation.

A Gift By Will You may also make a Gift by Will to the Sisko Foundation A Gift By Will might be worded: "I give, devise, and bequeath to the Sisko Foundation, for its general purposes all (or state fraction or percentage) of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real or personal." Please contact Sisko Foundation with information regarding your Will.
