Sisko has fully funded mammograms for an entire day for uninsured women on the Rex Mammography Mobile Unit in the Raleigh area. In 2003 Sisko worked with Dr. Seawalt and Dr. Marcom at the Duke Cancer Center to fund and start a new breast cancer prevention program. In 2004 Sisko is continuing to support local priorities and is expanding into the field of cancer research and treatment. Specifically, we are looking into Sicel Technologies' telemetric sensors for use in measuring parameters of relevance in vivo, thus retrieving information about radiation dose, tissue microenvironment and/or gene expression to increase treatment success.
